Welcome to my page dedicated to UNOPE, a REAL-TIME ART project capturing my 25-year journey with the University of Nebraska Omaha. As a native Omahan and proud UNO alum, I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from this campus that has shaped so much of my life. Over two decades, I worked within the university’s walls, experiencing firsthand the triumphs, challenges, and complex dynamics that define this institution.

This project isn’t just a personal Art project—it’s an honest exploration of perseverance, integrity, and the realities behind the scenes.

After reporting a serious violation of the nepotism policy by a high ranking Administrator, I faced repercussions that eventually led to my termination. Through this lens, UNOPE sheds light on the courage it takes to stand up for what’s right, even when it costs everything.
